The revenue share offer from XG Compute is not a replacement to any hotel's existing IT and internet infrastructure. Rather,XG Compute installs edge computing servers and other networking services to help facilitate the growth of the world wide web and meet the demands oftomorrow's internet. Upon completing an initial interest form,XG will review the hotel location, proximity to internet service demands and other factors to see if the hotel location qualifies for theXG Computing Installation Revenue program. If the hotel property is determined to be approved, solely byXG Computing, then a 10-year property level agreement will be completed to facilitate the XG Computing Revenue Program with your hotel. XG Computing will then coordinate the installation of servers, hardware and other computing assets on property at an agreed upon location, date and time. Once installed for 90-days, the annual payment of $10,000 USO shall be paid to the hotel owner on a quarterly basis going forward.
