You will then be provided detailed specifications and a formal quote for review. 3 To submit your order, a signed Purchase Order to SSB Hospitality, LLC is required. You can either issue a PO directly or have your sales representative provide one for your approval/signature. 4 If this is your first order, you will need to complete a New Account Application Form. There are two types of applications: • Cash/Credit Card application (3% credit card fee applies) • Open Terms Credit application* Upon receipt of your application, our credit team will review and process it. Once approved, your order will be submitted. 5 Once your order has been submitted, a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you to schedule a delivery date and provide any updates on order status.† 6 Important order considerations: • A $75.00 USD Minimum Order Quantity Charge will be charged for ALL orders less than 6 sets / 12 pieces and/or less than $2,500 USD gross sales. • Locations must be able to accommodate a 53' Semi Trailer for delivery. Special equipment may incur additional charges. • Prices not valid for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Puerto Rico. • If order changes become necessary (quantity, address, date), the request must be sent in writing a minimum of 10 (ten) business days prior to the designated ship date. This lead time is imperative to ensure adjustments can be made in manufacturing. • We regret Verbal change requests will not be accepted. *Approved client credit terms are 50% deposit/net 30 days. Bank, Trade References, Dunn and Bradstreet are required prior to the approval of Open Terms Credit applications. Open Terms Credit applications once approved may require an initial deposit to be paid in advance of any orders being fulfilled. †Normal lead-time is 3-4 weeks. Custom sizes require 6 weeks.
