Minimum $100 USD charge $50 USD Hour Storage Charge Cost for storing product after the original Promise Ship Date by request of the customer $50 USD Day Restocking Charge Cancellations less than 10 business days in advance of Promise Ship Date Variable % Wholesale Returns & Cancellations: The following charges will apply to order cancellations based on specific time windows if produce is produced: • 10 or more business days in advance of ship date – Full refund and no restock fee • 5-9 business days in advance of ship date – 20% restock fee • 3-4 business days in advance of ship date – 30% restock fee • Less than 3 business days in advance of ship date or after production – 60% restock Hospitality Logistics Term & Conditions Summary SSB Logistics is committed to providing our customers with the hands-on service that our Hospitality customers expect! We provide delivery anywhere in the contiguous US with our fleet of 53-foot tractor/trailers for both less-than-truckload orders to multiple truckloads a property. Sales Representatives should review the delivery check list document containing the appropriate questions to review to ensure excellent service is provided. Our standard service proposition includes: • Product lead times will vary throughout the year and are dependent on plant capacities, raw material availability and other events outside SSB’s control. The customer’s lead time should be clearly communicated by their sales contact along with their assigned delivery day of the week. • Free tailgate delivery within 400 miles of the closest servicing SSB plant. A $2.50 USD mileage charge will be applied for the incremental miles driven outside the plant’s service area. • SSB Logistics also can also ship on many specialty carriers when there are unique challenges that need to be overcome. Please have your salesperson work with SSB Logistics to quote solutions for you. Due to the many unique locations of Hospitality properties we need to ensure that a standard 53-foot tractor/trailer can safely access and park to unload. Areas causing concern are properties with high traffic congestion, on narrow streets or alleys found in older parts of towns, having limited parking, or along scenic highways such as found in State or National Parks. If a property does not regularly accept delivery with a 53-foot tractor/trailer, please get with the servicing plant’s Transportation team to help access the need for special equipment. If special equipment is required it will have to be quote by SSB Logistics.
