Finding What You Need There are three ways to find products on the site: • Type what you are looking for into the Search For bar at the top of the page • Click the Shop by Department link and click on a category products • Use the Quick Order link at the top to browse and order products by department • You can also create and share lists Shipping • All orders are shipped via UPS with our discounted UPS fees. • If you need expedited shipping: Contact Supplies on the Fly at Questions@OnTheFly.com or (855) 336-3635 to help you place the order. There is an additional charge for expedited shipping, regardless of order size Checking Out • When you are ready to make your purchase, click the blue Review Order button • Review the items in your cart. • Confirm location shipping address • Sysco Invoicing: this order be invoiced through your Sysco account and billing invoice will come directly from Sysco • Click blue Place Order button When Will I Receive My Order? • Estimated ship dates for each product ordered are included on your order confirmation. • If your order contains items from more than one supplier, your order will ship in multiple packages that may not arrive on the same day. • Orders will come UPS, separate from you regular food delivery • For Tracking information check out Order History under the My Account button How to Get Started Questions?
